For those of you that have had to have surgery, how long were you asked to stop Mounjaro for? I'm seeing the specialist tomorrow to finalise a date which will hopefully be 29th July. I took my shot today so I'm assuming that I'll miss next week and then restart again the following week on 30th July. Has anyone had to stop Mounjaro for more than 2 weeks prior to surgery? It's only a knee arthroscopy so not a major surgery.

This week was a loss of 500g. Happy with that since I had a 2kg loss last week.

I can't wait to be under the 100kg mark! Hopefully it'll happen in the next 2 months!

Hi everyone! Just wanting to hear from those who click count 2.5mg dose from a 10mg pen. How does the pen go being in the fridge for 4 months? I'm currently using a 5mg pen and click counting 2.5mg doses and am not entirely sure on having a pen sitting in the fridge for 4 months if I was to use the 10mg pen. I know it's probably ok but just wanting to hear from others experiences. Thanks :)

I have just finished week 12 on MJ. Happy to report that I've lost 17.5kg so far. Happy days 😄

I've just completed week 8 on MJ and have lost 13.4kg. Very happy with how things are going!

Just completed week 6. I lost 500g this week bringing my total loss to 11.4kg. I'm feeling good. What a difference the last 6 weeks has made. Less inflammation, food noise has gone, not feeling hungry all the time but still eating 3 healthy, balanced meals each day.

Yesterday I took my 6th shot. Out of curiosity I counted how many clicks there was whilst turning the dial to 1....I counted over 60 clicks. I thought the pen was supposed to have 60 clicks only??

- Starting Weight: 131kg
- Current Weight: 120.1kg
- Total Loss: 10.9kg in 5 weeks
- Dose: 2.5mg

Thoughts on using a 5mg pen but only do 2.5mg dose and extracting it with an insulin syringe each time rather than click counting?
