Artist Looking for Interviews

Hi — I am an abstract artist and am organising a fundraiser show in Amsterdam centred about the themes of war, exploitation, memory, and storytelling. The main exhibition consists of abstract expressionist pieces that are intended to be coupled with a poem, a first-hand account, or pieces of a story.

I would much rather engage directly with folks who have lived and reckoned with these phenomena than rely exclusively on my own research. Each participant will be able to choose which art piece they resonate with. To this end, I wanted to post here and make myself available for anyone who is comfortable sharing their stories [in whatever detail that is comfortable] to be featured in this exhibit. Participation can be anonymous.

If anyone wants to participate or has questions, please comment and I will follow-up.

Cheers,
A

a cool guide for watching ‘The Bachelor’

I was clearing out my drive storage and came across this old PowerPoint I made to orient our friends before watching the bachelor. While there are some elements that are specific to the show, it also works as a general guide for reality tv.

Believe it or not, AI was not used for this masterpiece.

„portrait of an eclectic”

i am an ecodadaist, and this is a painting; i collect construction waste, leftover paints, circular economy products, and organic material, and make public art pieces out of them. imnotabot

The premise driving this was simple: every frame captured must be included in the output. If my camera was on, whatever it captured needed to be represented.
