I am seeing more and more of these AI generated staging and renovation pictures. I saw one the other day for a house which needs to be fully renovated but majority of the pictures were “how it could be” based on AI. They don’t even say AI and most look realistic enough for many to think it’s legit. How is that even legal? Doesn’t RECO have guidelines on pictures? At this rate agents are going to be uploading pictures of different homes.

The free palestine crowd are the hippie movement of the 60s. They don’t know what’s truly going on but jumping on bandwagon and repeating brainrot words like genocide, apartheid, holocaust, etc to make them seem like they care and relevant. They have no idea what’s truly happening in the middle or refuse to hear the truth about this complicated issue. These people like Thunburg jumping on ships to make them relevant and get paid by the muslim world who is funding these people.
Somehow every other single post and every single news item is about Palestine. Forget about other worldly issues which get downvoted to only make Palestinian issue as if the end of the world. All of hamas, hezbollah, irgc etc with brainwashed westerners are on reddit pushing the same narrative making reddit the most biased platform.
What do you guys think? He saved commission by buying a new home for himself and selling his old one. He also learned a new skill in the process and does part time real estate for family and friends. What do you guys think? Good strategy?
Far left extremists such ad AOC, Mamdani, Soros, Sanders, and Neville Singham are ruining western societies. As an immigrant moving from a poor nation to Canada, I see how these left extremism is causing havoc on countries and economies. The country I moved from also went through something similar and now they are bankrupt. Extremist exists on both sides but I believe in the past 10 years most of the damage is actually from the extreme left. This is also widely accepted as normal but vast majority of people.

It seems to be a solid company with increasing revenue YoY. Canadian company in the healthcare space. CEO seems brilliant and it’s his own start up.
I do see a lot of short position and stock doesn’t seem to get any attention.
