There is so much space in mind now!

Hello everyone! Im two stones down now but I think the best from that whole journey is the new free space in my mind. I don’t think about food, I am more focused on other things, on myself. It’s so freeing! :)))) Makes me more happy than my loose clothes. 2 stones down but still counting. I just changed Wegovy to Mounjaro. Any tips welcome:) fingers crossed for all of you on the journey.

Finally back on track!!!

I was feeling so frustrated, almost decided to quit my journey because I got stuck for quite a long time, but noticed it does look like I’m losing weight again💪🏻 I hope this is the case. Have you also had a time you thought you’ve hit a weight loss plateau? I have to admit I had no motivation because of that…

Anybody here who switched from Wegovy to Mounjaro?

Hello everyone! I seem to be stuck with my weight loss progress. I'm on Wegovy 1mg at the moment but the food noise is kind of back, I've not lost any weight in last two months. I am thinking of asking my doctor if it's worth switching to Mounjaro, but I wanted to ask first if there is anybody here who also switched? If so, can you please tell me the reasons behind it and if it was a good change for you? Thank you!

How often do you weigh yourselves?

Hello everyone! Hope you're having a good start of this new week. I never liked stepping on the scale, all my life I was just avoiding it. I started my GLP1 journey not long ago and I've been wondering how's everybody else doing it to track progress. Thanks!

Slow responders?

Hello everyone! I've been on a weight loss journey with Wegovy for 3 months now. I started from 0.5 (first two months) and now I'm on 1mg in the 3rd month. The first month worked magic! But the further I have been going the more appetite has been coming back, still eat less but I can't see any difference in my body or on the scale. Has anybody else experienced this? Thank you and good luck on your journeys!
