Hi All,

I am from Hyderabad, and my wife is from Baroda, she and her brother were raised in Baroda by her Aunt, as their parents passed away during their childhoold… up until marriage, my brother in law was studying for Bpharmacy in Ahmedabad and then in last two years, post his completion of Bpharma, he worked in Hetero, Medplus and Apollo around the areas of GandhiNagar..
Now, as he is in that stage where he has to own the life and me being the eldest. I have to help him on his journey..
He said he wants to open a medical shop and knowing the scale of how huge Ahmedabad is, and also I got no clue or zero clue as on today with regards to which place is suitable for his start.. ofcourse it will be me who wil help him financially to set this up so that his life can kick start and post which its him to take it ahead..
from this sub, I was able to make a list of places and apologies if I have spelled them wrong and not enough researched, the below are the areas and I know these are extreme far off, but I am hoping that with time he will be settled..

I need your inputs, as I have no clue which area should be a good start for him and yes, most likely I will be going in checking it out with him too, as he is just 23 and he wanted me to be there.. below are some areas that I listed in my notes from this sub, can you please help me narrow down the list as to which one’s should be a good starting point and if you have any leads, yes, that will be even more helpful for me 🙏🏻

My budget on helpin him isnt that very huge, probably around 7-9 lakhs, as I also have a family to take care but to do a little for him will make me n my wife happy by seeing him settling for himself..

Edit: The budget i have is not for buying the shop but for buying the medicines and other things to keep inside shop..the shop will be rented only

Indian parents do get sidelined and most of the times towards that child, who is more sucessfull and more rich..
No matter mother, or father, in the end it all comes down to money and not for the one who takes care of them !

They say mothers love is selfless but I see it everyday, how much it is and how much fhey would only love and care for the child thats in US sending them money and dollars and buying things..

For me, I manage the household, life, groceries their bills eveything and yet this is something that pinches me everyday!

I feel Indians should only have one child..!!

With time people change, in the end they all are humans and for me managing household made me poor and not save enough..
Everytime I say this or try to even talk, they would just make me even feel more bad..

I wish i was not born at times and wish they had their only child and not me..

Being eldest in family sucks, and no karma works here!
