Minato could be a perfect HXH Character
Minato is very analytical and able to adjust on the spot to new situations.
He would be a perfect Emitter.
Flying Raijin works perfectly as an emission ability. Specially marked Kunai that he can teleport too, they would probably just need a limit on how many he can make or distance.
Rasengan also could would as an emitter ability as it it separated from the body and not directly attached, but it could also work as a combination of Emission and Enhancement.
Even being the leader of a ninja village works as we know there are ninjas in the world, but that part is just extra.
