Whelp… I need a new tank now

So I had 20 gal with shrimps and corydoras. And I had a betta waiting to be introduced to it. I had a month or two run of the tank to make sure corys are in and settled and shrimps are settled. Moving in my betta. Everyone’s nightmare - he kills shrimps in this situation. My personal nightmare now is he steals Cory’s food. He’s so smart he follows where everyone eats and bites and enjoys the sinking carnivore pellets and gets bloated and fat. It’s unreal. I try to space it because of him. But I have over 40 shrimps including berried mamas. And 7 corys. And betta is just a glutton are you kidding me. Now I have to start a new tank if I want to keep him alive. And now my bigger and older corys aren’t coming to the feed spot because he steals and corys are fragile. OMG

What are the options for eggs?

So my husband’s shy pygmys apparently got freaky and spilled more than 10 eggs around his fishtanks. What are the next steps? Do we remove it? Are they fertile? Like what’s going on. Please and thank you

The possible purpose of a 3gal tank?

Everyone is finally moved into 20 gal and I have a running 3 gal left behind. Any ideas I could use it for? Maybe only the plants? I am dreaming about tank with dwarf puffers and maybe I’d be able to breed bladder snail in there but the size though and maintenance then… open to suggestions please and thank you

How often to feed?

Hey everyone. I got recently around 40 shrimps after I got my cory sterbais (9). How often should I feed? I feed corys carnivore pellets they love but shrimps steal it too. What’s your take on this?

I have 20 gal, set up in end of March so everything is cycled

WE BECAME PARENTS

Unexpected lil shrimps because we lost hope.

My husband gets a 10 gal with 2 mollies and gets a bonus shrimp (low grade cherry) because I was sad my betta of two years died and he wanted to cheer me up (knowing I want shrimps as well). Ends up with brand new uncycled tank 10 gal two mollies and weird shrimp. Then we find cracks and he buys 20 gal.

Gets more shrimps like 10 or smth. But new ones somehow dying but one or two or three survive including a surprise one, which/who he called Oscar (ended up Oscarita). Throws away mollies because they’ve been picking on shrimps and everything because they are MOLLIES. Gets a new load. Buys new small batch but a Bunch of dead again but some of them survive. And gets another one month or more lately and they came real high grade.

But our Oscarita been berried and we’ve witnessed her fanning. And last batch been berried as well. So whose child is this ???🧐🧐🧐 some Brazilian tele-novella drama.

P.S. we’ve ended up counting four shrimplets

They really didn’t care about my face when i crushed bladder snails and put a carnivore pellet in last night.

Tank started March 16/17. Used seachem. Tests are all clear and zeros. I will test tomorrow again. I have 5 corydoras Sterbai (got two weeks ago) planning to get 4 more. And there’s a looooot of snails like bladder and mini ramshorns. So. Is the current too strong for the shrimps? It’s 20 gal. Planning to add in 2-4 weeks. Thank you, I’ll post full shot on tank in comments. Also our well water is hard so minerals are good. My hasband has a cherry shrimp tank but I want blue dream ones
