Do any of your families offer you health insurance? If so, how does that work?

Hi there! We love our daughter's nanny and in addition to giving her a raise I would like to start offering her health insurance as well. We already offer paid holidays, paid time off (sick time and vacation), overtime, mileage reimbursed, etc., but I would like to somehow offer insurance coverage for her as well. Do any of you have health insurance provided by your nanny family, and if so, how is that benefit offered? Do you buy a plan on the marketplace and get it reimbursed? Or is it directly through your family and gets deducted from your paycheck? Thanks for any insight!

How to Offer Health Insurance?

Does anyone offer their nanny health insurance? I would like to but have no clue how to go about doing so. Any insight appreciated!

Please help! We’re in the third trimester and no closer to finding a name. Last name starts with a C. Current contenders and why we’re not totally sold on them:

Caroline Grace (no nickname options we love. I like the idea of calling her Gracie but my husband doesn’t).

Lily, either as a first name or middle name. (Unsure what to pair it with, and my husband isn’t sold on it).

Emily as a first name (also unsure what to pair it with. Maybe too common? Really just not sold on it).

But really we don’t love any of these. Please help! Any ideas welcome. We tend to like classic names, as you can probably tell. I don’t like names for girls that are derivative of male names (like Josephine, for example - no offense if you do!)
