I asked Emma today said Case Transferred to Nashville FO (Local for me), but no action required so far.

Is it necessary to have interview if the FO is local or still can be waived. I’ve heard Nashville is fast for marriage based any thought on Employement based.

Hey folks,

For those using API case tracker.

I did my biometrics on June 25. I got 2 x FtA0 and 1 silent update same day.

After that I was checking the “updatedAtTimestamp”. The date there showed June 29 after some time. Today it’s showing July 19.

Does that means I got 3 silent updates so far or it’s more internal syncing of the system? Any idea what I should expect next.

I’m on OPT and I filed my I-485 (30 days ago) on an approved NIW, no biometrics notice yet, I’m thinking to apply for OPT STEM extesnion. My OPT expires in 7 months from now.

Does anyone filled STEM extension on a pending I-485?

Would you think applying for I-485 EAD is a better option?

I thought my GC will move fast since I have a very clean path and easisest file ever. But doesn’t look like that.

Bunch of Friends I know filled for AOS in December/January time. EB1 fillers got their GC in 55-65 days. While the EB2 took them around 4-5 months. There is no official announcement to support that claim and both are from the 75 ROW countries.

Do you think that matters and what about people applying for AOS in April, is still koving normally or any delay?

It’s been a journey! I just checked my case on the USCIS and it says “Case approved” didn’t receive the email or the text message yet.

I’m posting this to give hope for many people who are still waiting. I will try to answer any questions you have.
