Which one worked best for you to improve your migrating motor complex (MMC) – I mean, to have regular bowel movements: ginger or artichoke?

Tell me which one helped you and when it's best to take it to have regular bowel movements and improve my MMC. If possible, please tell me the brands and dosages.

I've heard that artichoke is better for constipation

Has anyone combined rifaximin + antimicrobial herbs to treat IMO?

After my 14-day treatment with rifaximin and metronidazole, I felt well for two months, but then everything fell apart. My doctor wants to give me rifaximin, oregano, allicin, and NAC. What do you think? Do you think I'll have success with this? Right now, I'm taking 1200mg of NAC, divided between the morning and night before meals.

How do you take ginger capsules to improve MMC?

I always take them first thing in the morning, two hours before my first meal. But I don't see any changes. Do you think taking them after dinner will have an effect the next day?

I can't find oxy-powder or anything similar in my country, but do you think this will do the same job ?

So I need to get regular bowel movements and be clean before and during my SIBO treatment. I was wondering if this magnesium oxide from Nutricost will do the job perfectly. Has anyone used this brand and the same product?

Cheap and nutritious protein with a mix of vegetables roasted in the air fryer

In my country in Latin America, there are many dishes made with chicken hearts, did you know that? You're probably from Europe or the United States, and the idea might seem strange at first, but honestly, they taste delicious. I've been eating them since I was a kid, and they're usually served as a side dish at barbecues or grills. To give you an idea, the flavor is a bit like mini chicken drumsticks, but with a juicier texture and a more intense taste. Plus, their macros are pretty good because they're high in protein and nutrients. Another interesting fact is that many people consider them a superfood because of their iron, zinc, and B vitamin content, and they can easily be part of a balanced diet. 100% recommended: they taste great and they're cheap too, lol.I marinate it with soy sauce, mustard, salt, garlic, pepper, and oregano.

Could you tell me what you think of my second round of treatment with my functional medicine doctor and what you would change?

Hello, I am 25 years old and I have had SIBO predominantly for methane for over a year, which was all caused by H. pylori, the use of PPI antibiotics, and stress. Months later, I was diagnosed with methane SIBO and treated with rifaximin and metronidazole. I felt well for two months, but then everything gradually deteriorated. Now I'm seeing a functional medicine doctor, and the following treatment plan is in place:

- NAC (biofilm rupturer) 1-2 times daily

- Oregano oil (over 80% carvacrol) twice daily

- Garlic (allicin 21mg per capsule) twice daily

- Rifaximin 220mg three times daily

- S. boulardii probiotic
- Betaine and digestive enzymes (with main meals)
- Zinc carnosine
- Glutamine

I've been taking the oregano oil for two days now and experienced some life-threatening symptoms. However, I'll start taking the NAC in a few days to prepare my stomach and eliminate any biofilms, making the treatment more effective.

So I'll wait a week while taking NAC and oregano oil before adding my secret weapons: rifaximin and allicin. The rifaximin plus herbal supplements with the probiotic will last 14 days, followed by another 6 days with allicin, oregano oil, and NAC. In total, it will be about 20 days to ensure some elimination.

After finishing the protocol, I'll continue with my digestive and mucosal repair supplements. I'll also add probiotics, both lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. I know perfectly well that this is a motility issue and that it was all caused by low stomach acid and accumulated stress. I hope to hear your opinions and what you would change or add, but I have a lot of faith in this protocol. I'm very young, and it's not fair that this is happening to me and to you.

And how do you consume triphala?

I bought some Triphala 1000mg pills, so I took one before dinner hoping for good results the next morning, but it didn't work :( What time do you take it? I've read several things saying it's better in the morning or after dinner. Help!

What brands of NAC (biofilm disruptor) do you use?

Which brands of NACs (non-alcoholic acid) as biofilm disruptors do you use to treat candida, SIBO, and parasites? I'm thinking of buying the Nutricost brand.

Positive experiences using the Micro Ingredients® brand? Especially the oregano oil?

I'm thinking of buying this brand because it looks promising. I plan to use it for a two-week course to treat a stomach infection called Helicobacter pylori. I've heard good things about oregano oil and the brand I'm showing you, but I've also seen bad reviews. Does anyone have experience using this brand? Do you have any other oregano oil brands you'd recommend?

This is my first time buying because PEG isn't working very well for me, so I decided on Phillips brand milk of magnesia, which they sell in pharmacies. I know it should be taken with water before bed, but how much? Would 30ml be enough, or 60ml? I see many different instructions everywhere.

I'd like to hear about your protocols for using these herbs in capsule form. I see that you recommend taking them three times a day for one month after meals, but I'd like to know if it's dangerous to use them for several weeks and if I'll see any results. Please comment if you have a preferred brand or how to use them correctly.

I'd like to get the supplies for my natural therapy, but I've always wondered how to consume oregano oil. Some suggest three times a day with meals, but should I buy a liquid or capsule form? Do you have any brand recommendations?

Has anyone else experienced something similar? I had Helicobacter pylori 8 months ago and was on triple therapy with clarothromycin without bismuth. After finishing the treatment, I felt a little better, but I was still unwell. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd say I felt a 6, but there were days when I literally wanted to die from stomach pain, indigestion, and slowed bowel movements. So, this month and last month, I had two breath tests, both of which were negative, but today I received my endoscopy results with a biopsy, and it came back positive. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'm considering starting dual therapy with bismuth.
