Ganga aarti in monsoon

I'll be visiting Rishikesh on 24-26th August. I've been seeing a lot of reels on instagram claiming the ghats are submerged due to rising levels of maa Ganga these days. Can anyone please confirm how is the weather there? And if the ghats are truly submerged will I be able to see Ganga aarti at all?

Please help a bro out.

WIBTAH if I cut my friend off for a remark on my girlfriend?

My girlfriend and I are in a tough spot right now as both her and my parents oppose our marriage because of different caste. She's extremely upset and so am I.

I have a friend circle of 4 friends which have been around a decade. However when I cancelled a plan last Sunday, one of them made a remark "we should tell his parents that he's still hanging with that girl" which I did not like at all. I made it clear that I didn't like it, but somehow the remark being pointed at my girlfriend didn't sit well with me.

Should I cut the friend off?

How long till I see abs?

27M, 5'6, at 19-20% body fat currently. Following a recomp routine. Being skinny fat, I already see my waist tightening 3 weeks in.

Hey folks, so I'm 5'6, 60kgs and skinny fat. Running through a muscle recomp program right now. The thing is I marinade 250g chicken breast overnight and cook it all in the air fryer the next day. Since I've been eating this much protein (I increased the amount gradually, and 250g fit right in my required amount), I've been experiencing somewhat loose stools, and diarrhea a couple of times since the last month. Any advice? I think this could be because I'm concentrating all my protein in a single meal? But I see meal plans online involving 300g chicken breast in a single meal, and this is making me unsure about my own gut.

Newbie here. First review.

Finally ordered a decant after seeing all the positive comments here. I was also eager to see if there was actually a pan masala vibe to it after all. Let's go through all topics one by one.

Inital thoughts: Pan masala. It was true haha. But not in a disgusting way. Smells complex for its price. Somewhat like it has laters to it Mostly citrusy and spicy. Stay away if you hate pan masala.

Dry down: Woody, floral. Maintains the complexity. Absolutely beautiful. A very nice blend, got a bit musky side to it as well. Thumbs up from me.

Projection and Longevity: People say it has got a very strong projection, but I don't agree. An hour and a half maximum after 5-6 sprays. Skin scent for 3-4 hours after. Maybe maceration is required.

Sillage: Idk how should I answer this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it means the scent trail I leave behind? How do I know what I left behind if I already left the room?

Final Comments: It's a good scent with decent longevity and projection. This is the first perfume I've bought this summer after nitro red, and compared to it theoreme surely underperforms. I think this is a threshold though, not many perfumes will give a decent performance in this heat. I won't be risking wearing this to office due to the hint of pan masala, but will wear this for casual outings surely.

My collection now has Lattafa Asad, Jean Lowe Immortel, Lattafa Nebras, Nitro Green, Nitro Red, Ameer al oud and Sapil Intense Noir for Men. Search for my signature scent continues.
