Need possible programs to Temproot device for data recovery.

Hello Reddit, I have an odd question about possible data recovery

Tldr:SD card destroyed, turned on phone a few days later to see it load all the images and galleries from the SD card before slowly clearing. Looking for Temproot access to get into the com.sec.android.gallery3d image cache to try and recover thumbnail images

Device details

Device:Samsung J5 Prime (2016)

Edit:Not Factory resetted, currently turnef off.

Not bootloaded or rooted

Version:8.0.0 (Oreo)

Storage:16 GB

SD Card Storage:28 GB

So my SD card that had images/files from 2018-2020 was destroyed before I could back the data up. However when I turned on the phone it was originally on after removal, for a while. All of the images and galleries that were stored on the SD card appeared on the installed gallery app before slowly clearing and emptying, there were a lot of images that appeared as well.

In light of this, I wondering if it would be possible for a temproot exploit via PC to recover the cached files/thumbnails without factory resetting the phone if possible to prevent the data from being lost forever? I did do minor app installs to try to recover them such as diskdigger which brought up around 5000+ files. (I am now aware to not do this and overwrite data but I was desperate.)

The device is a J5 Prime, running android version 8.0.0. Total storage is 16GB and the broken SD card had 28 GB of storage, it is unrooted and the bootloader isn't unlocked.

I just need the cached thumbnail images if possible since I've accepted that the original image files are gone

Edit:I've also tried to access the com.samsung.gallery3d files, while there is a files folder. The cache folder is most likely hidden since it doesn't appear and there are some images in the phone gallery.

Thank you for the answers. Bad or good. I just hope there is even a slim chancd.

Data Recovery Possible?

Hello Reddit, I have an odd question about possible data recovery via professional services.

So my SD card that had images/files from 2018-2020 was physically destroyed before I could back the data up. However when I turned on the phone it was originally on after removal, for a while. All of the images and galleries that were stored on the SD card appeared on the installed gallery app before slowly clearing and emptying, there were a lot of images that appeared as well.

I was wondering if it would be possible for a data recovery service to recover the cached files/thumbnails if possible? I did do minor app installs to try to recover them such as diskdigger which brought up around 5000+ files. (I am now aware to not do this and overwrite data but I was desperate.)

Details:

Device: Samsing J5 Prime

Android Version:8.0.0

Status:Device is off, letting the battery drain as it is off to ensure no data overwrite or TRIM

Unrooted

Original SD Card Storage: 28 GB

Used Samsing Storage: 15GB out of 16GB

Tldr:SD Card Physically destroyed, booted up phone a few days later and the images and galleries appeared on the phone before slowly vanishing.

Thank you for the answers. Bad or good. I just hope there is even a slim chance

To add more info

1.I tried to use PC recovery apps such as Diskdrill and such, but none were able to detect the device.

2.I turned the device off a few times. But did not initiate a factory reset.

3.The only files installed afterwards was Diskdrill which did detect 5000+ files.

I do not need the original files, I accept that those are long gone and would be happy with even just the thumbnail files and such since if there is a chance that they are still cached on the device since I didn't clear the gallery or cache data.

Android Data Recovery services

Looking for possible data recovery services for Android devices in Manila. My specific case is outlined here.

So my SD card that had images/files from 2018-2020 was destroyed before I could back the data up. However when I turned on the phone it was originally on after removal, for a while. All of the images and galleries that were stored on the SD card appeared on the installed gallery app before slowly clearing and emptying, there were a lot of images that appeared as well, and some even loaded in full resolution.

I tried diskdriller and R-Photo but they cannot detect the device.

I tried to install diskdrill, and it managed to get around 5000+ files so I believe that the device still cached some of the SD Card images after removal.

I was wondering if it would be possible for a data recovery service to recover these cached images

Device:J5 Prime (2016) UNROOTED

Android Version:8.0.0

Current status:Shut off.

Storage used: 15 GB out of 16 GB

Original SD Card Storage: 28 GB Fake 32 GB Sd card storage(Some images showed and remained on the device however, So I think there are lower res images stored on the internal data.)

I do not mind only getting the thumbnail images or low quality pics back.

Thank you, and I hope I get answers, good or bad.

A Moment with Beel..

Originally posted from my old, now deleted account, I still find this to be a really good piece and think it would be a shame to leave it to the void (Heh)

A piece starring the Queen of Flies herself..
