Movie night at the office

Movie night at the office

My boss has asked me to organize a "Big Lebowski" movie night for our department tomorrow after work in one of our conference rooms. There are about ten of us, and many of them haven't even seen the movie. I've gotten pins for each participant. I'm already really excited. Any advice?

Rubber on front tires

The rubber on the tires of my lawn mower, which is only two months old, is already fraying at the edges, and it’s clear that, if this continues, the tires will likely be in poor condition in a few years. I’m wondering how much longer they will last and what options exist to replace them eventually. I haven’t been able to find any spare parts for this. It’s a Navimow i210.

The Eagles

The Californian band stood out with country and hard rock hits featuring catchy melodies. Rock legends, Grammy winners, and apparently the one band capable of making the Dude lose his chill …

Start time in notifications

Is there any possibility of showing the start time in the log? At the moment, I only receive notifications when the battery is low and the mower returns to the garage, and when it has completely finished mowing.
I’d also like to know when a mowing session started, how long it lasted, and what the battery level was at both the start and the end of the session.
Am I asking for too much to include it in the logs?

Battery charges 100%

I've set my I210 Lidar Pro to charge up to 85%. However, the charge indicator always shows 100%. Is this normal or a malfunction? Does 85% correspond to 100% with this setting?

Beach Question: Samui, Phangan, Tao

I will be traveling this July – as I did last year – with my two children (11 and 15 years old) for three weeks to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao. Both of them love being in the water and are enthusiastic snorkelers.

Last year we were lucky with the beaches, as we always had fine sand and no rocks at low tide. It was very relaxing and we were able to unwind completely. However, there was hardly any good snorkeling directly from the beach. That’s why we would like to include Koh Tao this year as well.

Last year we stayed at:

  • Koh Samui: Maenam Beach
  • Koh Phangan: Thong Nai Pan, Rin Nai Beach

Which beaches would you recommend on all three islands – ideally with:

  • sandy beaches without rocks at low tide (Samui, Phangan)
  • good snorkeling directly from the beach (Koh Tao)

We are planning to stay in each place for a few days.

I would be very grateful for any tips.
