Basically the title, looking at starting (or just designing for myself) some cotton singlets but not sure if that price is getting shafted, would appreciate some guidance!
I've been going to house inspections, submitting applications, looking for somewhere to live but everywhere I go is either a shithole the owners want $800 a week for or is gone before I get a word in. Is it just because of the dry it's this hard to get a place or is it just the state of housing at the moment?

Hey guys, been awhile since I've done any invocation.
The last invocation I had was a few months ago, with Bune/Bim depending on how you pronounce the name.
Now, I asked for financial assistance and a better career and although my invocation wasn't as powerful as I thought it could be, the next day out of completely nowhere $300 was added to my bank account. Afterwards though, I went through some financial struggles, almost like a lesson. Now fast forward to today, I start a new job on Thursday paying well over my old job in a good career, spider's everywhere (that I give thanks to as I associate them with Bune) now this is where it gets abit funny.
2 nights ago, I dreamed of blowing on a orange candle while reciting Bunes Enn (welch melan avage Bune Tasa) is what I understand as the enn. Afterwards a beautiful woman was caressing my head in the dream, I thought it was my girlfriend but it wasn't, in the dream I freaked out and the woman held me down until I woke up.
Last night, I had a dream of fires and the sky was bright orange, orange sparks but I felt comfortable and like the fire was necessary. I get messages in my dreams alot and these feel significant.
Any advice, an offering, what night I should call Bune, and if it seems like she is calling out to me to make contact or if anyone has similar experiences. I believe in this whole heartedly.

First time poster, and going to be starting a new job earning 120k a year. I do have some debt roughly 40k worth, and going to pay off about 25k in a couple months time if all goes to plan. What is some financial advice I could get? Already planning on contributing to Super and private health insurance for taxes, but is there any other advice I could get? Something you wish you'd have known.
