Are there any antidepressants that work in UK?

I was in ANA recovery and have slipped into bingeing the last year.

I’m off my antidepressants, was given sertraline as it just made me have all the guiltily thoughts just with no motivation to do anything.

Are there any antidepressants that shut your brain up about food all the time, or at least calm the shame attached to it to make it so I can ignore it?

I am just so sad all the time, I don’t even know how to go on like this

I walk around 10k steps a day and around 4/5x a week I do 30-60 mins on the stairs machine but I’m still out eating my deficits because I’m finding I’m just ravenous all the time eventhough I wouldn’t say anything I’m doing is remotely intense.

Background, I have been in eating disorder recovery for a year, I am in what they call “overshoot” where you have actually surpassed your goal healthy weight and I would like to just get back to my goal healthy weight.

Just some complete beginner advice, as eating disorders mess with your perception of fitness so now I feel like I know nothing!!
