My nephew was given some cards luckily for free from a friend of his dad's and found this card. I found this out a few days ago and found it hilarious, but I knew he was more excited about this card being the only gold one. He wants to get into the hobby, but I had to sadly break it to him that it was fake and told him I wanted it anyway. I made sure his first trade was a trade up, so he now has my gold chien pao from paldea evolved, but i have this beauty in safe hands so who is the real winner here 🤣. My new prized possession.

Ok we all know pokemon can be valuable...very valuable, we all get it. So I wanna see fun collections. Not ones for making money, ones that came about by accident and you just went with it, or you found certain cards you were drawn to and turned out to be fairly cheap and accessible so you will usually snag them when you find them. I wanna see the real personal collections. Cheaper the better! My growing accidental cosmos holo collection has become one of my favorites no cares about value I have just come to love collecting the cards.

Was on a mewtwo master set search at a card store. A guy overheard what I was searching for and pulled out this card from his pc. Honestly one of my favorite mewtwo cards and considering I just recently committed to really going at this every mewtwo master set, I needed this card. Super nice dude let me get it from him for 4 bucks as damaged out of his pc but I think he was just being nice. I have seen far worse! I didnt even think about it at the time fully or I would have given him a bit more.

Traded a couple of IRs (phantasmal piplup, ascended drakloak) i had doubles of, a POR Tyrantrum stamped promo i had a double of and a couple of POR ultra rares (Pokepad, wondrous patch). Was it worth it?
