Officially below 200lbs today!

I’m 5’7 (35, M) and was 255lbs at the beginning of the year. Started dieting and working out (machines and cardio) around February, been consistent with it and eating healthy while also having sufficient calories after speaking with a dietician. Today I finally hit 199.4lbs! I’m so happy right now and it’s the best I’ve ever felt. Body seems to be losing the weight nicely too with no loose skin and bigger muscle but still got a ways to go. Cant wait to see where I’m at by this time next year. If you’re also in the same position you can do it! Just keep at it.

Question about shoulder soreness

Hello! I’m looking for some advice on left shoulder soreness Ive been dealing with. A few months ago I posted about left elbow discomfort that I was worried about and after giving it some time and doing a few at home exercises it thankfully went back to normal. I started working with machines and dumbbells again when this happened and everything was going smoothly (no pain during the workout) until I noticed my left shoulder being more sore than usual a few days later. I would have to extend my arm across my chest in order to feel this so I’m thinking it might be the rotator cuff? I gave it a week, started feeling normal again for the most part and when I did upper body it came back (again not during the workout, that’s all fine but it starts the following day). In retrospect this was likely a bad decision and I should’ve given it much longer to heal.

It’s now been 9 days since that workout, it was starting to feel better but after doing a three mile walk yesterday and stretching it almost feels like something fell on my shoulder. I also do ten pushups when I wake up in the morning so I’m guessing this would also factor into it? General mobility is perfectly fine, I can lift objects and stretch but occasionally it has a weird soreness in a very particular area of the shoulder when I move it a certain way. Is it normal to feel something like this during the healing process, or did the walk/pushups trigger something? I’m going to give it more time of course, but I’m just looking for some general advice. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Need help

Hey guys! I was in the process of formatting an SSD through FatXplorer following Mr. Mario’s guide. Everything was going smoothly until I got to this point selecting the Security Sector, and I can’t seem to find information on this issue (I don’t want to fuck anything up so I stopped here). From what I can tell, it likely has to do with the SATA to USB adapter I’m using, but I purchased the one that Mr. Mario recommended. I’ve seen people say that it’s possible it will only work through a USB 2.0 connection and I’m using a 3.0 because that’s all my laptop has. Is this accurate, or does anyone else have any suggestions? Really appreciate any help, thank you.

Thought I missed out on the sale

I didnt go for these when they first went on sale through Amazon, found out they were sold out not long after, decided to check last night and found that if I went to “other sellers”, shipped and sold through Amazon was still an option at the $399 price but with no delivery date, decided to put the order through and kept my fingers crossed. Got the confirmation email today that they’re being delivered on Monday! Can’t wait to try them out, glad I checked when I did because now it’s $479.
