Started test c + hcg 5/7/26 @ 150mg/week. Dr bumped it up to 200mg on 5/14/26 and today same thing. She added glow stack for my knees and shoulder but not sure why the copper blue shit was necessary ?

Just started test last week and doctor has me on 150mg + HCG once a week at the office. I see 99.9% of guys on here are splitting their dosage into 2x-3x times a week. Don’t know if once a week 150mg is good now or not.
