I failed on day 3 of the diet.

How is it possible to stick to a bland diet without chocolate or coffee? My blood pressure is so low that if I don't eat something to raise it, I feel like I'm going to faint and experience an unimaginable mental fog. I try eating salty foods and drinking water, but it doesn't help.
I think it's a drop in blood sugar or something similar, because I start trembling and can't control it. I've tried eating a banana or other fruit, but the sensation doesn't go away.

Test came back positive again

I first had the infection in 2019; whatever I ate would pass right through me—looking exactly the same as when it went in—just minutes later. I took amoxicillin and Flagyl (or something similar), but the stomach pain and indigestion persisted.

In 2024, I tested positive again and took amoxicillin, clarithromycin, and a PPI. I felt well for two months, but then the pain and indigestion returned.

Now I’ve tested positive again; I’ve never actually treated the gastritis itself. Please advise me—my doctor said the gastritis would clear up thanks to the antibiotics, though I’m skeptical (I’m in the Netherlands).

Could you please give me some advice on where to start healing the gastritis after this next round of antibiotics?

Can enterocolitis aggravate gastritis?

Can enterocolitis affect the stomach enough to trigger SIBO? Or could you contract E. coli or other bacteria from tap water that causes you to pass very foul smelling gas after eating even a tiny bit of garlic?
Can it cause reflux, nausea, food sensitivities, and even make you see "shooting stars" after eating?
It's been 2 months but my symptoms are not going away.

Enterocolitei+joint pain

I had enterocolitis all through July; I was getting infected by tap water without realizing it, even though I’d been drinking it for years (since they say it’s potable). My stomach got completely wrecked, and if I eat soup with chicken wings, carrots, and onions, I feel it irritating my stomach. But the joint pain is new; I feel like my left knee is about to snap. Also, when I had the enterocolitis, I used to experience severe pain in the pit of my stomach, followed by seeing stars; is it possible my stomach was so irritated that food touching it triggered those sensations?

Please help me with some advice.

Please help me understand how to heal. I know for a fact that I’ve had gastritis and a helicobacter infection since 2019. I’ve already undergone three courses of antibiotics, and at one point, I suffered from enterocolitis for a month. Now, if I eat even a little garlic, I once cooked a bean dish with just a tiny amount, I experience severe gas with a very intense odor, unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. That is why I suspect I’ve developed SIBO or Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), I am 100% certain my intestines are affected. Please tell me how to heal them should I treat the Helicobacter first, then the gastritis, and finally the intestines? I’ve read that after Helicobacter treatment, I need to increase stomach acid using apple cider vinegar or HCL. When and how should these be introduced?

Doctors don't seem to be helpful. Please answer me; I feel like I’m going crazy.

Where I can buy organic food?

Hello! I live in Eindhoven and am interested in where I can buy organic food, not from the supermarket.
I'm looking for vegetables, fruit, eggs, milk, cheese, and meat. The tomatoes from Lidl have absolutely no taste, are there people who sell natural produce from their own gardens, food that isn't full of pesticides?

By mistake I eat something spicy

Last night I had 3 bites of buldak ramen, was made very little spicy sauce. I wouldn’t sleep all night, now I feel my like my stomach pain towards the back on left side and also at the pit of the stomach.
The biggest problem it’s my intestines, a constant feeling of anxiety( I think it’s gas+ iritations). This it’s new at my gastritis to see and feel the gas moving in my abdomen and feel disconfort. Since now I had gastritis and pylori, what it’s who’s new thing with intestines ? It could be SIBO or IBS?😔
