When you get back to your home country try to find something fast that can keep your adrenaline going or utilise your skills. Paramedic/Firefighter/Sky-Diving whatever you find. Transitioning 0-12 months back into civilian life is going to be hard mentally. Talk to your boys and friends you served with here. Make sure everyone is safe and in a good mental mindset. Most of us this won't be our first time transitioning back into civilian life that is why we came to Ukraine 😅. Everyone be safe.

I am asking these question because i was in good health before the blast injury. No cardiovascular issues, i have smoked or drink alcohol. I just want to see if i can live to 70 years old atleast or will this mess me up for the future internally. I am already working out and in good spirits and eating healthy. I am 29 years old.
