Half Marathon Race Day Shoes for Overpronation

I’ve been trying to find a good race day shoe for my half. I am a 130 lb female looking to run a sub 2 hour half. I over pronate slightly, have a medium to slightly high arch, and have narrow heels. I’ve been training in Hoka Bondi 9. They’ve been ok but I do get blisters on my toes from long runs no matter what I try. I’ve gone to a running store in the past and got sized and recommended the Hokas, but I haven’t had time to go back to get fitted for race day shoes. I tried the Saucony Endorphin Pro 5 and they felt good but I got the gnarliest blisters on my heels. I tried Nike vaporfly but needed more stability. I’m tired on mailing shoes back. Budget is around $300 (flexible), and I’d love a cool looking pair of shoes but performance and not injuring myself are the top priorities. Unfortunately all Saucony Endorphin Pro 4s in my size I can find are $4-500+. Thank you!

Insane Blister Problem

I’ve been comfortably running around 20 miles per week without issue. I built up the callouses on my feet and have proper running socks and well fitting shoes. I went on a beach vacation last week, and I think the salt water softened my callouses and ever since, I keep getting blisters under my callouses. I have one under each of my middle toes (one is huge), one on the back of my heel, and now have one former under the callous on my big toe. I tried callous bandages but it didn’t help. I’m nervous I’m going to have to take a break from running for my feet to heal, which isn’t ideal. Has anyone been in this scenario and what helped?

Calorie issue

My calories burned are suddenly showing up extremely low. I have my Strava linked to my whoop and it’s accurate on there but Strava calculated today that I burned 250 calories on an 8.5 mile run. So strange. My weight is in correctly and it used to be more accurate. Anyone have this issue?

Update: I’m faster than I thought!

I posted the other day that my 5k predictions in Strava and Runna were way more aggressive than what I could actually do but that my comfortable conversational pace is 9:30/10 min mile. Yet my 5k was a struggle to get under 30 min. My Runna ironically scheduled a 5k trial run for me today. I had low expectations and turns out I am much faster than I thought. Runna estimated 26:10 and Strava estimated 26:40. I didn’t quite hit those (but it’s also peak summer in Florida so I’m slower than I’d normally be) but I hit 26:50! I feel like if it was a race or better running conditions I could’ve even been faster since I started slowing down in my last half mile. I never thought I could sustain sub 9 min/mile for more than a mile max. Anyways, moral of the story is that you’re probably faster and better than you think you are. You just have to push yourself sometimes!

Confused about my pacing

I can comfortably run 9:30-10 min/miles on long runs. It’s become my conversational pace. I can do 200-400 yard sprints between 7-7:30 min/mile. Strava says my 5K time should be around 26:47. Runna says it should be 26:10. But I literally can’t sustain faster than my comfortable long run pace on anything over half a mile. I end up running it in 29-30 min. Is this normal? My time estimates for all other races is fairly accurate. Does anyone else just really suck at 5ks? Any advice?

Proof of Time Question

I’m running the Princess Half. My current Proof of Time is literally 7 seconds over what would put me in my desired corral if the time estimates for corrals that get posted here are correct. If I submitted a proof of time now and then get a new PR before the deadline, am I able to update the POT?
