Elderflower mead?
Hi, I'm looking to make some elderflower mead this summer, I've collected some flowers already because I want to make some syrup with them too. I was wondering if I should add the flowers during primary fermentation or add them after brewing to infuse the mead or I could even use some of the syrup to back sweeten.
If anyone has some experience making more floral meads I'd greatly appreciate some words of advice
