I am a female under general category with home state quota and WBJEE rank of 40××. I am getting CSE branch in colleges like GCECT GCELT MAKAUT Uni of Kalyani. I've checked the cutoffs and I might even get KGEC Mech Eng. And JGEC Electrical Eng.

The thing is that I don't want to go to KGEC or JGEC for non-cse branch. Has it been CU or JU i would even go for Chemical but I ain't getting CU or JU with 40×× rank. I am not sure if this is a good decision. Also I live in Kolkata so.

I've studied the placements and curriculum of Heritage CSE and Aliah CSE. Heritage seems to be my best best but recently I've come across posts claiming Aliah and Heritage are the same in terms of placements and infrastructure with Aliah having half the fees of Heritage.

That's why I'm getting a bit confused. Few seniors of mine are in college saying that the placements aren't great at all. EVEN IF YOU UPSKILL🙂🙂. My family income is just slightly above 8LPA but my siblings study in private schools/college too. How shall I convince myself to get into college without proper placements despite my efforts.

Guys the website wasn't working quite well for me for the past few days even from my laptop. My name was there in the first call list and I couldn't pay the admission fees😭😭 my GMR in computer science was 3 in the general category. And I called them up. They said email the principal and I did but there was no response and I think there wouldn't be any response. Please helppppppppppp!!!!!! I'll literally die😭😭😭😭😭

Hey everyone!! It's the most difficult phase of my life till now. I have disappointed myself and my parents. You guys. I worked hard. Trust me I did. But my results. I took a gap year to prepare still I'm stuck. What's worse is that the opportunities I was getting last year is no more ..that too I missed this year because the deadline passed and I came to know late. I FEEL PARALYSED WITH FEAR AND PANIC AND REGRET. I am praying all 5 times. Even some random nafl prayer because 24/7 my heart is beating way too fast. I'm making dhikr. My life feels drastically changed😭😭

First of all....it's my fault completely. So basically I so much invested and exhausted by my WBJEE prep that I missed to apply for BSc courses in any colleges. Ok so Ive missed the deadline for St. Xavier's, Presidency University and wbcap. Now I would want to go for any of these courses ---- Physics Maths Statistics Economics. Can someone please tell me what to do. I've scored really well in my ISC:

English -- 99

Maths -- 93

Physics -- 99

Chemistry -- 95

Hindi -- 99

Computer -- 99

I've also applied for JU and Scottish Church thankfully but would have loved to apply for atleast Presidency 😔😭 I would literally die in this regret.Can someone please tell if there is any way out!!! I would love to receive any piece of guidance
