I am a girl and have dark brown hair thick brows naturally and a relatively lighter skin. I sometimes feel a strong urge to get light hair and brows, because I have a very high contrast but there are times when I like myself the way I am. Personally I think lighter looks more soft feminine and cute. Can't decide at all.
