I’m looking for a physical therapist to help with recovery after knee surgeries and general return-to-activity work.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can come to my home and do therapy/exercises in the pool.
I did find one option, but they do not accept health insurance. Does anyone know of a PT who offers in-home or pool-based therapy and accepts insurance?
I have 8 plants, all about the same size. I keep under a grow light 10 hours a day (about 12-18 inches) they started doing this shrivel thing on the leaves. I have mint next to them and they are doing fine.
At first i though it was my phone or speaker... but after a while i determined that the signal gets disrupted only when i ride by one building, always just that one building. it a residential building, like a condo building.
I ride on the street, probably about 30-40 feet from the building. I am assuming there is something screaming out on 2.4 (right??) that is causing the issue.
Is there an app or something i use to prove this out?
Or I am wrong about the building?
