[CT] Question about teenagers

[CT] Teenagers (15 at the time, now 16 and 14) moved out with their father and the youngest (10) decided to stay with me.
The older two are not speaking to me or texting me back. Father is their chauffeur and wallet.
During the initial court stuff, father was very pleasant and we both agreed on 50/50 and no issues over holidays. The court family guy was so impressed that nothing else was done. Fast forward 2 weeks later, first argument with my daughter because she was being super disrespectful, she called her father and he picked her up. It has been 6 months without seeing her.
Trial is in 2 weeks. I read a lot that the judges listen to teens wishes. She now can drive and father gave her a car. I have it on video (security cameras) how disrespectful she was. Any advice ? Will I get 50/50? How will I handle this ?

CT - Automatic Court Orders - really ?

My husband has broke so many rules of the automatic court orders, the list behind the paper.
. Moved twice without giving me the new address. I found out searching on the intent once and by my son texting me to pick him up at a new address.
- came to the house when I was not present t and took a collection of cards, valid at 20k on his affidavit.
- removed me from life insurance.
Like why nothing happens to him ?

[CT] Question about custody rights

Me and my (husband) met early on in court and he was very pleasant. Super friendly and agreeable to 50/50 custody, no fights about holidays etc. The mediator then said we didn’t need anything else and we left. That peace lasted maybe 2 or 3 weeks. My kids are 15 (soon to be 16), 14 and 10. The older 2 decided to not come back and have been staying with the father. The youngest one cried to be with me and while I texted him “be good, it’s Daddy’s week”, Daddy told him I was the one who didn’t want to pick him up and that I could do it anytime. He has since stayed with me because, according to Daddy “that’s what the kids want”. I have an attorney but his time is VERY short to discuss everything! My (ex) husband keep saying he has custody of 2 kids and will ask for child support. I am lost on all of this! I never agreed on him having any custody! We agreed on 50/50 but he says the kids are old enough and will have their say at trial. Does this make sense ?

Inheritance abroad x Assets in the US

I received an inheritance (I am in CT / Inheritance is in Brazil) in the form of property, in another country. Very.. extremely complicated to convert it to cash and bring it to the US. Going through divorce. After giving him everything I could and having my Wyze account blocked for suspicion of fraud, I asked and filed for divorce. He now wants to keep all of his retirement, pension and half of the house, claiming I have money in another country. This “money” is tied up on legal fees, taxes, accountants, property manager, eventually transfer fees, IRS fees, YOU NAME IT! I have not seen a penny of it yet and his lawyer is calling me a millionaire. In CT. How will that play out in court? He makes 130k a year, Navy job. I make 50k a year, self employed. 3 kids. He took 2 teenagers and won’t give them back. I have the younger and he makes no effort to see him (“we have to do what the kids want”).
