Doctor didn't prescribe progesterone

I'm so sad and angry. Two weeks ago my cycle was cancelled because I had only one follicle growing. My dr told me to trigger anyway so that we could start a new cycle two weeks later. My husband and I had timed intercourse. Yesterday I did a pregnancy test at 9 dpo, just in case. It was very faintly positive. My doctor ordered bloodwork and the HCG was 5.54 with a way too low progesterone, 4.32 ng/ml. My doctor said this pregnancy had no chance and I'll get my period soon. She hadn't prescribed progesterone because she hadn't expected it to be a good egg. Well, it was, and now I feel guilty for killing my little embryo by not taking progesterone.

I already have perimenopausal symptoms and I don't know how much chances I have left. This egg/embryo was so precious. I can't believe I wasted it :(.

0 growth at day 11 of stims - should I cancel?

Age 32, AMH 0.22 ng/ml last year, AFC 0-6.

After 2 weeks of decapeptyl, we started Gonal F 275 a day. Today after 11 day of stims, I have 2 small follicles on the left and 3 on the right, but they don't grow and are all still <10 mm.

This is my 6th IVF cycle. We decided to try a long protocol because I could never get more than 2 follicles to grow with a short agonist flare protocol, even when my AFC was 5 or 6. However, the few eggs we could retrieve in those protocols were good quality. We hoped a long protocol would synchronize the follicles, but I think it oversuppressed my ovaries?

My doctor wasn't sure what to do and will discuss it in her team. She was thinking of switching to Meriofert (FSH+LH). I'm not sure if I even want to continue this cycle. What would you do?

IVF clinics in Czech Republic that are opened on Sundays?

We want to travel to the Czech Republic for IVF because we need PGT-A, which isn't offered in The Netherlands.

It's very important to me that both monitoring and retrievals can be done both Saturdays and Sundays. Because of my diminished ovarian reserve my follicles can be super unpredictable.

The clinic we spoke to is closed on Sunday and that seems to be the norm.

Does anyone know of IVF clinics in the Czech Republic that are opened 7 days a week?

Estrogen monitoring would be a plus, which is also not standard there.

Thank you!!

Can LH exposure damage embryo quality?

My 5th IVF cycle had a rocky start. I started 2 days of decapeptyl (gnra agonist), but because my progesterone was elevated on day 3 (6.2 nmol/L), my cycle was cancelled. However, when we checked 4 days later, my progesterone was low again, so we resumed stimulation with decapeptyl and gonal F.

After the first dose of decapeptyl, my LH rose to 26.1 u/L. I used it for 2 days last week. Yesterday I started decapeptyl again after few days of no medication, so I'm worried I had the LH peak again and exposed my eggs to too much LH. I read that this can impact maturity and euploidy. Can someone reassure me that this is okay, or should I ask for an antagonist instead of continuing with an agonist protocol?

Cycle canceled for nothing?

I hate all the unexpected turns and disappointments that go with IVF..

My IVF cycle was just cancelled because of elevated progesterone after starting decapeptyl. I am utterly confused and I hope someone can reassure me that this cycle was not cancelled for nothing.

Timeline:
April 13th start of my period
April 29th positive ovulation test
May 12th start of light period, contacted my clinic to start a new IVF cycle
May 13th: US showed AFC of 5, which is high for me (I normally have an AFC of 2-3), so I got my hopes up. Lab showed low estrogen (126 pmol/L) and slightly elevated progesterone (2.4 nmol/).
May 14th: start with decapeptyl
May 15th: another US showed a greyish follicle, possibly a small corpus luteum. Lab showed my progesterone had risen to 6.2 nmol/L.

The cycle was cancelled because they suspected I had just ovulated. But how is that even possible during a period and 2 weeks after an LH peak?! And with low estrogen? Could it be that the decapeptyl (GnRH agonist) stimulated the old corpus luteum to start secreting progesterone again?

Even if I just ovulated, we could to do a lutheal phase start right? Or do you agree with my clinic that this cycle should be cancelled? I waited so long for this one and really hoped I could get more that 2 eggs this time because of the higher AFC :(.
