Originally purchased brand new in the USA for $1,299 + taxes and imported into India (Paid for duties + shipping). The monitor is around one year old. I had to leave the original box behind in the USA. I will try to find the original receipt.

4K mode is insanely high quality, and the matte OLED makes it look really nice on games like Forza, TLOU, Jedi, Spiderman etc, and the 480HZ is genuinely ridiculous to play on in Rocket League, Fortnite, CSGO etc. Perfect for anybody who plays both types of games

The monitor was bought brand new in the USA and was gifted to me. It has been used normally and is in good working condition.

Pegasus Airlines, August 1, 2026, Istanbul - Frankfurt.

The toy gun did not have an orange tip and looked very realistic from a couple of rows away.

We spoke to a flight attendant about it and he spoke with the passenger, who took it down, only to put it back in the same spot almost immediately. Spoke again to the flight attendant who shrugged and said, “It’s just a toy.”

After arriving in Frankfurt I saw the family in the terminal on the way to passport control. The kid had the toy gun in his hand and was waving it around enthusiastically. I told the father that it is a bad idea to let him have that toy out in the airport. The father just said, “eh, it’s fine.”

Thank you for the help everybody, here is what I verified
The original charger was not the issue, I used my moms MacBook charger and the same result occurred, and my original charger worked fine on my moms MacBook.

USB C doesn’t work either, even if left for a while.

Screen stays black with no response, however trackpad still clicks.

When I plug in my mom’s MacBook into mine, the charger for some reason stops blinking and becomes normal orange, however it still doesn’t charge normally.

I believe some update corrupted the firmware, and other people are experiencing similar things.

I attached a video of what happens when I attempt to enter DFU mode. My mom’s MacBook does not detect mine on finder or the configuration app.

What can I do from here? My school starts in 2 days and I need this working asap 🙏 thank you for all previous help

Hey everyone, I have school starting in a few days and definitely cannot afford a new laptop right now. My M1 Pro stopped turning on a few days back in the morning, and when I plug it in, the charger just blinks orange. I tried usb c, but all I feel is like that static weird feeling when u rub against the laptop, still doesn’t turn on. It was working fine the night before.
The led just stays blinking orange at a consistent pace.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I need this laptop for school 🙏
