hello! looking for a new show to binge! i’ve watched the office, parks and rec, brooklyn 99, friends, superstore, modern family, schitt’s creek, new girl, abbott elementary, the good place, community, arrested development, derry girls, st. denis medical, animal control, and just finished veep. really need a show to sweep me off my feet away from reality lol. would appreciate any recs! thanks :)

i’ve been seeing all the waitlist A posts and i am dying to get in myself. my top and only choice is unt law, and they’ve sent out emails saying they’re oversubscribed and most likely won’t admit from waitlist. nonetheless for some odd reason i keep thinking there’s still hope. already sent a LOCI and multiple additional LORs. they said bc of the waitlist numbers they can’t take meeting or tour requests either. is there anything really i can do atp? anyone else on unt waitlist?

got waitlisted at my top choice of UNT Dallas, found out they’ve “oversubscribed” this cycle and i won’t be getting in pretty much. i thought there would be more waves of acceptances, but unfortunately ig not for this cycle. i originally intended to take a gap year but had to study for lsat and apply to law schools while working and taking a full load of undergrad classes due to familial pressures. they believe that a gap year is wasting a year of my life. feeling hopeless that i wasn’t able to get in (they only wanted me to stay in the dfw area so unt/smu/a&m was pretty much my only choice, with unt being the only feasible option). not sure where to go from here, was truly excited at the thought of starting law school this august but feel fully lost and confused now that i had to take all the stress of applying this cycle for no reason, and i have to do it all over again while feeling the disappointment and pressure from them. maybe it’s a good thing so i can push myself to apply widely? but overall just feeling very upset, confused and lost. sorry for the rant.

anyone else get waitlisted from UNTDCOL? for anyone that’s been on waitlist and got an A, what did you do to get that? when could i expect to hear back from them? any advice helps greatly tysm!!
