Would you still consider looking for higher pay?

As the title says, would you still consider looking for a higher paying job given this situation?

Right now, I really love my working environment. My teammates and I have a great connection. Zero toxicity, zero drama, and we actually look forward to our RTO days together. Everyone is supportive, especially my team lead.

Workload wise, it’s very manageable. While there are super busy days, I’m always able to handle them and finish everything on time. Overtime isn’t strictly encouraged, though I do it when necessary (my longest OT so far has only been 2 hours).

Honestly, I rarely need to work OT because I usually wrap up my tasks before my shift ends. As for benefits, they’re top tier, no complaints there at all.

My current setup: Hybrid (1x/week RTO), Mid-shift
Tenure & Pay: 2 years in the company, earning ₱30k net

Despite all these pros, I feel like my salary is on the lower side. Given today’s economy, would you stay where you’re comfortable, or would you start looking for a higher-paying offer elsewhere?

I’d really appreciate your thoughts and advice. Thank you.

Job hop for salary increase

Hi Guys, to those who job hopped here what advice can you give to make it strategically. Like what is the best time to hop (e.g 2-3 yrs).etc. please share your experience. Much appreciated

Im 24 yrs old with more than 1 yr experience and based on what I read, to increase salary you should hop instead of staying and hoping for promotion
