Black hills 168gr was used for the 1.1 MOA grouping fired from the Gen 2 Scar 17
Sellier & Bellot 180gr was used for the 1.8 MOA grouping fired from the legacy scar
Both rifles consistently shot ~1.8-2 MOA, with the black hills consistently performing around 1.1-1.5 MOA
Is this pretty on par with what I should expect from the 16”? Or am I a shit shot.
Gun is running a drop in arc fire v2 with the geissele precut trigger sold by AS designs. I have a Thunderbeast Dominus SR and am running it on the suppressed gas setting. (This range dosent let me mag dump)
Currently going for a HK417A2/G27K clone, gonna be sending my upper and lower receiver out, and already have got my R8k buffer tube. One of the last parts I need before I send it out is the Keymod handguard and I cannot find a single one anywhere.
I want to install an FRT on my MR762A4 but there are no available “designated” FRT’s for it that I can see. I recently saw a video Juicey Media posted in which he installed an Arc fire on his. But he did not state which one he exactly installed and how he installed it. Any help on this would be appreciated.
Installed an A5H4 Buffer tube with a Sprino Green spring along with an BRT Ez Tune Gas tube. Still a lil fast.
Shooting around 2 MOA with 165 grain Platinum out of my scar 17 at 100 yrds. Skill issue on my end or should I expect this performance out of this gun?
This is how it’s running with an H3 buffer and a Sprinco Red Spring. I haven’t been having any jams but it still seems to fast to me. Any suggestions without having to change the gas tube it’s self?
Everything was left stock, just a drop in FRT with a Huxwrx flow K 5.56 can.
Saw a YouTube video from Juicey Media, he put an Arc Fire AS designs on his MR762A4, but I have no idea how. Anyone have any experience with it?
I just purchased a 13’ MR762A4 and am interesting in cloning it, but I can’t find many real life militaries using this variant of the 417. Next to it is how I built my MR556A4, and want a similar style. I’m new to cloning so any guidance helps.
