Anyone have these cameras that could weigh in?

I live in a province where it is illegal to record without making people aware/consent, especially audio where you are eavesdropping and not apart of that conversation. In our shared office space, I noticed a camera hidden amongst a fake plant today that my manager placed. Im sure it records audio/video, but I dont know how long it can last battery wise if it's not recording 24/7 and is using wifi. I believe it's this camera.

No LED light was showing that it was actively recording, but could that be toggled off? This manager is not mentally well and I'm nervous to report it and it go nowhere and having to deal with the repercussions, on the flip - she has been away and us staff have vented to one another. Now im very nervous she was listening in anyway. I'd really appreciate any insight and can provide more details if needed.

Getting confused when searching for a higher wattage DHP, are these not the same?

Recently I was using a ceramic heater on my new ball python set up but I am wondering if DHP is the way to go, I currently have a 100watt dhp on the warm side and 80 watt dhp on the cool side both controlled by herpstat, the cool side rarely kicks on but it's there just in case. The dhp isnt directly over his hide, but I switched to it over ceramic to hope that it would offer somemore deep heat as I felt it wasnt reaching far enough into the soil in a larger set up. Does this sound right?

Just looking for some advice/experience anyone has had with having Ball Pythons and small children. I am expecting my first child in the fall and it was really hard for us to get pregnant. Ive had my BP for 7 years and hes 10 now. Everything ive read online is scaring me into thinking keeping my snake while having a baby is high risk. Like meningitis from salmonella etc. Can anyone help reassure me or tell me if you've had concerns before too? Thanks.
