Used a plat ticket to get Netherworld Nymph Lunacia. But I got Summoner Satoru instead..? My closest roll for Satoru would be in 8A. What happened?

What cosmetics would go well with this unusual hat on engie?
My current loadout is the lawnmaker painted cream spirit, cuban bristle and the cargo constructor. I recently traded for a unusual lawnmaker with the tropical thrill effect and want to know if theres any other cosmetics i can get to match the effect. Thanks! Is there anyway of resolving this issue? I didn't know about steam impersonator scams, suddenly I was told my account was flagged for fraud and then I traded my items to which I lost everything through it. Fuck help
