Theres part of fandom think dottore is weak in combat but there's feat most of people forgot about it

It beginning of nod krai act7 dottore fought against nod krai traveller flins arle luma nefer and won they didn't mange to beat him and retreat they really run also arle disappeared befor the fight in the facility then show up with unexpected attack on middle of the fight and didn't manage to beat him he was out numbered and against 4th harbinger and traveller and squad and they didn't mange to beat him also he looks like he didn't get tired or something

Also one of fatui said hes rank two with his skill only so hes has high skill level also have high tech weapons and shield that block traveller attacks easily

So what do u think how strong is he
