Thinking of doing ed here but I heard it’s preppy and fatty. To some I might be considered a fob and I’m just worried I might not fit in with the school. Of course, I want to hang out with diverse group of people but knowing that there are similar people like me gives me a piece of mind. So my question is how do the international fit into the community?
I am aiming for like columbia, dartmouth, duke, Berkeley but my gpa is a 3.85. While my school is semi competitive, they don't rank. I'm just looking for a reality check and want to know if 3.85 gpa is cooked for these school as international, though not from the competitive countries. I also have a 34 ACT which is low for international. I also don't have any awards. I especially want to go to duke.
I’m deciding between the two. I know duke has better food and weather but northwestern is closer to Chicago. I don’t know what else northwestern beats duke in in terms of life though.

I was wondering if I could use the old act practice test to prep everyday but I am just worried if some sections of the old act is competlely differnt to the enhanced version. Is this the case or am I fine?
On my recent ACT, I got a 56% on knowledge of language and i think it is holding me back from a 36 but I dont know what kind of questions are knowledge of language and how to target those questions. I also got 79% on key ideas and details for reading and i also dont know what that is. I also want to target integrating essential skills.
Does anyone have a source where I can target these problems?

I am on a time crunch to study for the act and was wondering what the hardest topics was. I’m on chapter 9 and so far I have found verb agreement and tense to be the hardest because of past participle and stuff.
