I had a hysteroscopy 20 days ago, they made me take birth control pills for 5 days before that so the endometrium was thin. I had a mild septum corrected and scratching to remove overly thickened endometrium. 3 days after I had my period for depravation after stopping the pills before the procedure.

I had a revision 4 days ago (CD13) and my endometrium was measuring 9-10mm and the follicle 20x13mm.

I’m usually very regular, ovulate around day 14-15. I’m on CD17 now and NO LH surge whatsoever. I even had some minimal brown spotting today. What’s going on?? I need to know when I ovulate so I can start my progesterone supplementation.

We’ve been TTC for a year now and we’ve had 1 loss at 8w last October and a CP 2 months ago (March 26).
We haven’t been able to find a reason why it’s been so hard to have our baby. It’s so frustrating!

I took so many supplements that should improve my egg quality: CoQ10, NAC, Omega3. I’ve tried adding Mucinex, I’ve been taking baby aspirin for 3 cycles, I added progesterone suppositories this cycle as I suspected this might be an issue, specifically after my MMC. I’m 9dpo and tested for the first time this cycle. Negative. I was so sure this month was going to be it. I was monitored on the day of ovulation and everything was looking pristine with a 15mm endometrium, and the supplementation I started I thought “this is it”. Also because everyone in my family is Aquarius and I always thought there is a reason for that, as if I had something important to learn from them. (Silly, right?)

I’ll try testing again tomorrow.

I always had very regular cycles of 28-29 days. 8 months ago I had a MMC at 8w and ever since then I spotted mildly somewhere between 7 and 11 DPO and then stopped until my period came. Only about 24-48hs of spotting. I had a CP 2 months ago, likely due to late implantation as I only tested positive with the faintest line at 13DPO

After doing a lot of research I think I might have an estrogen/progesterone imbalance when the estrogen “peak” of the implantation window kicks in and my progesterone is not enough at that point.

I have never been able to test my progesterone at 7dpo due to various reasons, but as my levels were around 10 at 3dpo nobody really pays much attention to it. However I think that, as I said, the estrogen peak mid tww with a 10ish progesterone might not be enough to support the lining during those days so I start spotting and when the estrogen is back down it balances back to normal but it’s too late for embryos to thrive.

Has everyone experienced something similar and supplemented progesterone?
