I like hi8 because it's smoothness but gives off such a grainy but it makes it memorable.

I do like VHS-C it gives off The Vibes of the early 90s it has more graininess to it and that's what I love about it.

At first started to show just the blue default screen with the play icon but then it started showing actual picture but it was all choppy.

I gotta say, good camcorder [for me] at a solid price.
