Am I the only parent weirdly stressed about heavy metals in kids products now?

I feel like every week there’s another article about heavy metals in snacks, baby food, supplements, or something else parents buy constantly. Now I’m standing in Target reading labels like a conspiracy theorist trying to figure out which brands actually test their products versus just saying vague wellness buzzwords. How are people evaluating this stuff realistically without going insane?

What are the best agentic AI security solutions for enterprises?

I’ve been trying to figure out what the best AI agent security tool for enterprises actually is… and it’s more confusing than I expected.
At a high level, it feels like there are two directions: Established security platforms extending into AI and newer tools built specifically for AI agents
I’ve been looking at a few options:

  1. Palo Alto Networks: Feels like the safe enterprise choice, especially if you’re already using their stack. But seems more focused on traditional security layers than agent behavior itself.

  2. Wiz: Really strong on cloud visibility, but I’m not sure how much it covers what agents are actually doing at runtime.

  3. NeuralTrust: Newer, but seems more focused on agent-level risks (prompt attacks, data leaks, etc.), especially for enterprises and regulated environments.

I guess what I’m struggling with is whether it’s better to extend existing security platforms or go with something purpose-built for AI agents.
Curious what others are leaning toward right now?

how do people pick an antivirus without overcomplicating it?

just got a new laptop for work and some light gaming and now im stuck in the usual rabbit hole of antivirus options. every list says something different and some people say you need multiple layers which sounds like overkill. i mostly just want something solid that doesnt slow everything down or need constant tweaking. what do people actually run day to day?

Not talking about huge life changes, just the small things, like getting out of bed, caring about your routine, or feeling even a little bit okay again.

What actually helped you keep going?
