I have skinny wrists and forearms. I am working on the forearms and I am trying to get thick wrists too but I think its impossible because you can't change the bone thickness so how can I make them twice the size they're now?

Episode 4 was so intense, especially the hospital scene, too many emotions, I went from rage to sympathy to disgust to scorn to emotional to worried in the end, because Naill and Ruben getting along in the end cannot be for good at all (obviously). I might be alone on this but Naill is actually pathetic, even if Ruben did mess up his head, there's a point in life where everything you do cannot be blamed on the past. You have to eventually get over it in order to live , to survive, but Naill seems to not have any will for anything. He's stuck in this self victimizing cycle as if the world is just gonna stop and take mercy on him for it ( I know he IS a victim but how long do you dwell on that).

Also even if he's not ready to come out, it doesn't necessarily mean that the only option he has is to just go around sleeping with strangers in public. Despite being closeted, you can still maintain a healthy sexual life, even if its private. I bet he blames Ruben for that as well. like omg grow some goddamn balls Naill.

I know Ruben is a fucking scum and deserve to be in prison for life for all the things he's done. I do believe in second chances but not 20th. So he can go fucking kill himself which I think he's already done it. I know I am being harsh but this man will not cure despite 1000 therapy sessions as far as I can tell.

I just can't wrap my head around their dynamic at this point, Ruben saying "it pains you to know that all your achievements fill you with a void whereas a smile from me fills you with all the fucking energy you need" He knows Naill's infatuation with him or maybe even more as Ruben says " is this what you always wanted from me?" when he's basically raping him with the Mercedes logo. I was in loss of words, I thought Ruben never realized that Naill was gay but maybe he knew all along or I am just reading it wrong.

Anyways I just want to say how much I love Richard gadd's work, I have been a massive baby reindeer fan, and recently watched against the law, but half man is definitely something else. The moment I heard Let it happen in the trailer, I knew this was gonna destroy me from then on.

I have been working out for almost 8 months now but it's so hard trying to eat enough protein in an Indian household who doesn't eat meat often. Are there any alternatives for protein that I can incorporate in our diet. (P.S I have tried the soya chunks and paneer and all that but I can't eat it anymore)
