“Snezhnaya station!” by rumpumpel_x
I wonder what those hot drinks are with Lumine.

Hoyo, I'm putting this as politely as possible: STOP GRABBING US BY THE ARM AND SAYING IT'S QUEST TIME.
I've been waiting all day to explore Snezhnaya. Got home from work, downloaded the update, waited for maintenance to be done, only to log back in at Nod Krai and not even half a microsecond to breathe before I'm thrown into a cutscene. Can't even claim my commissions, condense my resin, pull for Odette, nothing. It's just quest time and I have no choice.
And what's more, Hoyo has thought of EVERY POSSIBLE WAY that we could avoid starting the new Archon quest in favor of just exploring and put measures in place to mitigate that.
Go around the objective with Furina/Sandrone/etc? Nope, invisible objective barrier that takes away your team and forces you to be the Traveler and auto-guides you to the objective.
Teleporting away to get out of the quest? Nope, throws you right back in when you come back.
Log out and log back in to exit the quest? Nope, resets your progress.
Hoyo, for the love of everything I hold dear, it's been 6 years of this and you somehow still haven't learned that maybe we just wanna do a lil bit of exploring before we start a quest. Maybe not all of us want to be thrown into dialogue the instant we log into the game and can't actually play for the next 30 some minutes. Is that so much to ask for?
“destination: Snezhnaya” by nomohmoss
Soon many of you will be heading further into Snezhnaya (while I stay behind playing catch up a bit). There is something I had been wanting to say for a very long time, and I was waiting for this very moment to say it. However given how things played out during our journey with a certain organization, I am not fully sure if this line would be as fitting now. Concerning this line it’s from a let’s player that goes by the name Chuggaconroy, who made this declaration during his let’s play of a action RPG called Xenoblade Chronicles 2 that he did around 5 years ago going on 6 (the same year and month Genshin Impact was release but the let’s play started before the game was release) when he was about to make his way to Mor Ardain, the place where the antagonistic force of the story (but not the major antagonist of course) were based in. I was thinking of doing something similar when we reach that point in Genshin Impact’s story.
Well…when I think about it perhaps it would not be so bad to say it just to get it out.
So as Version 7 goes online, let’s make our way, TO THE LAND..OF THE BAD GUYS!
(Actually when I rewatch the video in which he said that line it turn out to be different from what I remembered).

“Last Day” by Little Red Hoodd
Today is certainly the last day of Version Luna. Well technically it would had been yesterday since it was a full day (or maybe not and I am just off), but anyway in a couple of hours we will be transitioning to Version 7. It seems that Little Red Hood has enjoyed Version Luna overall, and so have I. I don’t think there has been any version I thought was bad overall. I recall someone who use to be active on the Lumine Mains discord server shared they were not having a good time with Version 2, and was considering dropping Genshin Impact because of it. At the same time however I don’t think I have a favorite version at this time. It’s not something I have thought about.
Do you all have a favorite and least favorite version?
Oh! On another note, I am not fully ready to transition to Version 7 because I still have not done the Moon Gazing World Quest, so I am going to be late in traveling further into Snezhnaya.

'Tis dangerous to go alone, take this Traveler operated Favonian Republic Fighter Tank with you!
Which activities did you enjoy doing the most during the Sunny Summer Fontinalia Flagship Event?
Operation Deep-Dive Treasure was the most engaging activity for me. I enjoyed for the most part exploring the underwater areas acquiring treasures and marine creatures while listening to the lovely background music. The only times I was a bit frustrated by this activity is when I had trouble with finding certain specific marine clockwork mekas (from what I have found the ones I was searching for would appear as conditions underwater got close to being dangerous).
Curio Ledger I thought was also a nice mini game although I do find it a bit annoying that customers do not just go to the item they want at times, but that is just a part of the game.
Kaleido-Catch was just a mini game I have done before so not much I can say about that but I was glad it was very simple since it was the very last activity I decided to complete when I had 1 day left to do the event.
How much did you all enjoy the Sunny Summer Fontinalia Flagship Event?
This is a poll for the Sunny Summer Fontinalaia flagship event, which while connected is separated from the story quest of the same name.
Putting together the aquarium was quite enjoyable to do once I got the hang of things. From what I recall the summer events typically last almost an entire span of the current update, but with the case of this event I could see why this flagship event lasted a long time as the activities we had to do involved a lot of grinding in terms of treasure diving/fishing and selling what we found for funds so to reach a certain quota while putting the creatures we captured in aquariums. I thought it was quite fun, and I was thinking I would not mind playing a game that has a similar gameplay to this event. I would imagine however these activities would be a nightmare for people who had decided to do this event last minute, which I imagine was likely the case for people who, for whatever reason, decided to start this event late, and then they would go on the official Genshin Impact subreddit expressing their frustrations about the flagship event when in actuality it was their fault for starting so late. I had learned my lesson doing these events on the last minute way back during the days of Version 1 and it was not pleasant to say the least (it was the Chalk Prince and the Dragon event from what I recall that came out in Version 1.2). At some during the event/Luna 8 I was pacing myself as I would spend an hour doing the activities. It was only on the last weekend of the event that I spent more than an hour completing the event.
Once I had completed everything in the event I felt a sense of sentimentalism as I knew all the work I put into this aquarium was going to disappear once the event had ended. What was even more of a bummer was that due to missing Sandrone’s banner I would not experience and record the special moment in which she plays the piano. It's at that moment that I felt annoyed that Hoyoverse is gatekeeping these special scenes through 5 star characters. However I felt the story quest made up for that by having Sandrone play the piano in the end once she was pushed to do so by everyone during the tea party they were having. Also, I learn from my sister that apparently there was this list of marine life we could choose to complete, which I was not aware of. It was not required to complete the event but I thought it was neat people could complete a collection.
One other thing I would say is I enjoy the music that would play while inside the ship. Besides sounding lovely it also felt a bit nostalgic. I also enjoyed the music that played while underwater, but I imagine those tracks can be listened to anytime while underwater in Fontaine.
How much did you all enjoy the Sunny Summer Fontinalia Story Quest?
This is a poll for the Sunny Summer Fontinalaia Story Quest, which while connected is separated from the flagship event of the same name.
I enjoyed this quest overall, learning more about Sandrone’s backstory while seeing her get the resolution she wanted. Plus seeing her interact with Columbina once they have reunited was touching as well as humorous.
I also enjoy seeing Citlali’s tsundere side when she meets and interacts with Lumine as well as getting jealous when she sees her spending time with Sandrone. It’s a shame I would not be able to get her pajamas on discount. At least I was able to earn Charlotte's new outfit. She looks so lovely in her detective outfit. 🥰

Since I skipped watching the special presentation showcasing version 7.0 I don’t have a clue as to why the Traveler is fighting this person, but I can see that she is likely going to be the major boss of Chapter 7.

Can one actually do a selfie with a kamera given the way they are made? Well I guess given this picture it could be possible.

Earlier as I was on X I saw that the official Genshin Impact X account is doing a counting down to the days when Version 7 begins. I am not sure if that was always a thing, but it seems they are regaling hyping version 7 release.
Anyway, I thought it would be fitting to share pictures relating to the upcoming version for the next few days until Version 7 release.

I came across this video earlier in which a barber rates the haircuts of playable Genshin Impact characters. I thought it would be a fun video to share here.
m.youtube.com“Draw-off” by nagiko_795
This reminds me of the sixteenth ending theme of Naruto: Shippūden, but only because it shows Sakura drawing Naruto on the window because the context for that one was melancholic compared to this illustration.
On another note, the artist who drew this stated they wanted to see a draw-off between Klee and Paimon.

Screenshots from the flagship event Phantasmal Pals Event Chapter that took place from May 22, 2026 - June 8th, 2026
It has been a long time since I have shared screenshots so I thought to get back to doing that. Also, concerning the 10th picture I thought to screenshot both Lumine and Paimon since they were both giving the same visual symbol.
