I‘ve got the SwitchBot Air Purifier Table a few days ago and since yesterday I noticed that it‘s emitting a high pitched noise on the lowest fan speed when it‘s on Auto. The noise changed and almost disappears on the higher fan speeds. I know that when first switching it on it was dead silent on the lowest speed. Has anybody experienced this? I don‘t have it in my bedroom but if I did, I would not be able to sleep beside that annoying sound.

I installed my LitterHopper on my LR4 yesterday and it has not dispensed once in 24 hours (two cats). Now I just tried to calibrate the litter level as I was thinking maybe this is not calibrated correctly. Strange thing is that during the recalibration cycle, the Hopper suddenly dispensed. Is that normal?

I was wondering if anybody knows what happened to the Stargate Universe Gate set. I pre-ordered it with some other Stargate sets last year. I received all other sets but the SGU Gate set was not included in my package even though it was on the shipping list.

After months of not receiving a reply from BlueBrixx, I finally opted to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. But still, I would love to get this set, but it never showed up again on their website, even though it was just released last year.

I was wondering, since the cleaner and wipes from Whisker are not available, if anybody in mainland Europe has some tips on which cleaning spray and wipes to use for cleaning the litter robot. Especially the inside of the globe.

I read about Nature‘s Miracle and of course there are multiple disinfectant wipes around but I‘m not sure if most of them would be even safe to use in the litter robot.

I just wanted to order LR4 from the official shop and noticed that I cannot enter an Austrian shipping address. The LR4 is available through other retailers in Austria so I‘m wondering why it‘s not available via the official shop. Not sure if I should get it now because without access to the official shop, all accessories will also be harder to get or at least more expensive.

Does anyone use the Canon LiDE 400 flatbed scanner and can help me out? I‘m using it on my MacBook Air and the physical buttons on the scanner suddenly stopped working. They are correctly configured to initiate different types of scans but now they do nothing. Has anyone experienced this?

Does anybody know if the Worx Beta Tester Program for the Vision Cloud Mowers is still running? I was able to sign up via the official homepage but have not received any notification that my application was received.
