Another vehicle for my scouring era SoH

Im quite happy with how this guy came out, esspecially with him being a 1 day, paint job.

I finally finished my second obliterator! I painted the other one like 2-3 years ago, but i finally decided to paint the other one, you can probably tell that some of my technique has changed a bit over the years.

Im pretty happy with how it has come out.

So i have had my 2 rhinos since about 2009, and i am finally painting one of them! But first, in the intervening nearly 2 decades, almost all of the spikes had broken off, and i never really liked the way the predator and rhino looked since they were just a loyalist kit with a conversion sprue. so i decided to try my hand at plasticard, as well as raid my spare bits to see what i could do. Ehat do you guys think?

At the moment i am still using 40k black legionaries and chosen to represent my tacticals, chosen, and heavy support marines, but this is everything i have painted specifically for HH.

I have some cataphractii with dual claws, 2 contemptors, a deredeo, a land raider carrier, a drop pod, 2 rhinos, 2 saber tanks, a pair of raipers, 3 speeder bikes, 2 out riders, a number of mk3 marines, a couple of apithicaries, and like 45 3D printed reavers left to paint, more or less. I know there are larger piles of shame, but at least its all built!

My printer died while making the base plate for this big boy, so i painted it up right away as a tribute to it's years of service! I love the design of the fellblade, its just so sexy.

So i started printing this fellblade just for kicks, but my printer actually ended up dying during the final piece, so the tank doesnt actually have a bottom plate! So as a tribute to my printer's long years of service, i painted it up right way instead of leaving it on my pile of shame.

I think i am going to paint some cthonian runes on the sides in gold, but im happy with how this has come out.

So many of you many remember the photos my titan Vita Messorem that i uploaded in March, however at the time it wasnt actually finished, i had a plan to paint over all the black panels with a special kind of paint called BLACK 4.0 which is the blackest and most matt acrylic paint on earth, its way blacker and and way more useable than musou black, and VANTA black both isnt available for commercial sale, and requires you to bake it to form the nano-tubes, and my GOD this paint is black as hell! I love the effect, the panels almost look like a void.

Technically i still need to paint the inside of the shoulder stars, but the idea of trying to do that now that they are attached to the model is horrifying, as all the other armour was only sticky tacked in place untill now. But for now i am happy with this.
