Anyone know where to get a coat similar to Stego's?

This isn't for a cosplay or anything, I'm just looking for something similar in design/fit that I can wear when I go backpacking/hitchhiking. Color doesn't need to match. If you guys know any affordable options please list it down below!!!

Ideally waterproof and durable, a lot of the stuff I'm seeing while looking through some Kino/Stego cosplays don't seem very durable. Not a hard requirement though, worst case scenario I can just use it for the drip xD

Facing the music, dealing with the consequences of my mistakes (2)

Someone in the previous post pointed out that it was a little unfair to want you guys to share your experiences when I wasn't comfortable with sharing my own. It made me realise that the previous post was a little stupid on my end, so I'm really sorry for that. I wasn't in a good headspace when I wrote it and so now that I've calmed down a bit and had some sense talked into me I would like to try again if you guys are willing to give me a second chance. For those who saw the previous post, thank you for being patient.

I'm still not entirely comfortable with sharing my exact situation, so I will be generalizing/omitting some details.

Long story short, I'm in my early 20s and am currently at risk of getting expelled from my university due to some mistakes I made before regarding academic dishonesty. I have already dedicated a significant amount of time and both me and my parents' money towards completing this course, and so to be at risk of losing it all on the home stretch is incredibly disheartening. It also makes me feel like an absolute failure knowing how disappointed my parents would be if I were to get expelled because of this, and how much of their hard earned money I would be throwing away.

Furthermore, I am also worried that there are people out there who have the leverage to blackmail me in regards to this instance of academic dishonesty, I do not like the feeling of knowing that someone out there has that kind of power over me.

In regards to just being honest and coming clean about it, that would mean dragging some other involved parties down with me which is something I'm not comfortable with doing. To be clear, nothing has been set in stone yet, I am just worried that this mistake that I made during a time of stress and desperation will come back to bite me soon. There are reasons why I am worried about this happening, it is not an entirely unfounded fear, but this part I am not willing to elaborate on. All I can say is that it is a little bigger than just the typical cheating case.

So, to ask again, do any of you have any similar experiences that you would be willing to share? Any advice to give?

I'm willing to step forward and take responsibility head on should the consequences of my actions ever come, but for reasons I hope you can understand I am still very scared of that scenario happening.

Traveling the world with Stay Gold (2)

Only one edit this time. Part 1 here.

As usual, it's my photo but not my art. Photo was taken during my own solo backpacking/hitchhiking adventure.

Original art credit goes to @wagashi928 on X.

Thank you :)

Should I refrain from fasting if I'm doing semi-intense activity?

Like if I plan to do a 24/36h fast but I'm also gonna be doing a long walk on that day (~30k steps) will that be dangerous? My body is conditioned so it's not going to be a sudden shock or anything. I'm just new to fasting and want to know if there's anything I should be worried about when doing this, or if it's completely fine to fast despite burning a lot of calories. Sorry if this is a stupid question that's been answered before.

I got robbed and it feels like they took more than just my materials

I don't know if I can say I have PTSD or anything, I don't really want to self-diagnose. To be honest what happened to me wasn't even that bad in the grand scheme of things. But I just wanted to talk about it somewhere because honestly I feel like shit and can't stop thinking about what happened. I love taking walks, going backpacking/hitchhiking, etc and I hate that it feels like this experience is going to steal my ability to enjoy those things on the same level I used to ever again. I don't like the idea that someone else is capable of just changing who I am as a person overnight because of one thing they did to me and being helpless to stop it because even though I know it's happening there's nothing I can do about it. It doesn't help that I also have a history of anxiety problems, which kind of makes this even worse.

I guess if anything what I'm scared of the most is letting this experience change the kind of person I've always believed myself to be. How do I even begin to approach this? Everything I do now feels like some kind of response to what happened to me, even if it's probably something I would've done regardless, and I kind of hate that feeling. Like going out for a walk feels more like an attempt to prove something to myself rather than just... going out for a walk like I used to, if that makes sense.

I don't know guys, kinda just overwhelmed. Apart from having to deal with all these thoughts I also have to deal with the actual fallout of getting robbed, and the anxiety that comes with knowing that someone out there has my information and IDs and stuff. I keep thinking that life would be a lot easier if I had less to lose, because the main reason for my anxiety when things like these happen is related to how it could affect the people close to me, ergo if I didn't have them in my life then I would be less stressed. Obviously that's not the right train of thought to have, but it's like an intrusive thought that won't leave.

It's also a weird feeling that the world keeps turning regardless of what happened to me. Like wow my life is worse off because of this one event that shouldn't have happened and nobody really gives a fuck. It's not a bad feeling per se but it's not exactly good either. And in conjunction with everything else it's definitely a lot to digest.

The only consolation from this is that it has for some reason filled me with the drive to try out new hobbies. I don't know why.

How do you guys cope/distract yourselves from these feelings?
