Trigger warning for talk of binging and disordered habits. (I won't go into detail, obv)
I was doing so well for so long and I had developed a really decent relationship with food.... Until recently I started struggling again with binging and I'm so disappointed and really don't know what to do. I can't even really identify what triggered it but I'm so uncomfortable and really hoping that I don't fall back into the old habits that I had to 'deal with' the binges because it'll just bring about more disordered behavior and I just..... ugh.
My question is what do y'all do to cope/distract during the harder times? Looking for any advice to stay recovered and not fall too hard. Thanks.

I can't take anything seriously this semester 😭🥀🥀🥀😭 I'm taking two Soc classes and idk if its the break due to the hacking or what. I haven't even opened canvas in 100 years and I don't want to do any of it... I have two midterms on the 20th and I haven't started studying and just wanna game and sleep and be lazy. SO I need some motivation please. What're y'all doing to stay focused?
I always get so embarrassed when I tell people that I love Catan soooo much and I play it all the time (literally - I play the app on my phone, Colonist, and console (ps5). I like to start my day with a cup of tea and a round of Console Catan.
Then they ask me what other boardgames I play, because surely I must be a total boardgame nerd? Then I have to explain that I'm just a Catan nerd and that Catan is literally the only game I play.
There is no other game like it and nothing that makes me feel the way Catan does. I know that's so dramatic but I don't care haha it is the greatest boardgame in the world.
I should have played it more before it left because I'm pretty sure it's also going to be completely different when it does come back.
Look, I know. It's stupid and I stg I'm not trying to be a pick me. I hate the sound of my own voice, but I just published my first ever episode and I'm super nervous about it because I did really minimal post-recording editing because I literally hate the sound of my own voice. What can I do/what have you done to circumvent this issue? I know that there are some places that I should have done more thorough editing but I just couldn't sit there and listen to my voice even once let alone over and over again as is often necessary for editing. (I have lots of experience editing videos and I know I can get pretty obsessive over making sure that its "good").
So I'm just wondering, if there is anyone else that has this same issue as me, what did you do to get around the problem? Thanks.

Taking a quick break from all the hubbub of student life/academics/schedules to say that I am so very happy that spring is here and that campus is exceptionally beautiful during this time of year (and it's also so nice and quiet on campus haha)
