Wet dreams and learning NEOs / improving sexual stamina

I'm practicing retention for almost 1.5 years now with mostly long streaks (100+ days) but can't get rid of those wet dreams. I tried everything mentioned on this sub, especially that mental celibacy and all the other "life hacks". Nothing works.

Recently I read about something called sexual kung fu, where it's about building so much sexual stamina, that you can eventually have as much sex as you want without ejaculating, leading to the ability of having non-ejaculatory orgasms.

I'm thinking about implementing these practices in my life so that I can completely rewire my body's response to sexual stimulation which in turn hopefully would lead to me being able to survive every wet dream I encounter by also applying these techniques in my dreams.

The problem for me is that the practices involve a lot of edging to train that sexual stamina. Yesterday I tried it and was very impressed that I managed to masturbate nearly half an hour without being close to ejaculation (I could hold it at a 7-8 easily with breathing and pelvic floor relaxation). I have to say in my PMO time I used to edge a lot and the edging with these techniques feels completely different, no blue balls or pelvic floor tension at all. Also the sexual tension I normally would have after edging was completely gone afterwards.

My question now is, is there anyone on this sub who has experience with something like that and could tell me about the effects of such an ability on wet dreams and also regarding the edging if it's harmful if you do it the tantric way (no fantasizing or porn, just body awareness while doing it)?

Experience after one month

I started TRE around a month ago, after reading the wiki with the recommended duration and frequency. First 2 sessions were pretty straightforward. Then after the third session I felt more relaxed etc. the day after, followed by a day of strong fatigue.

So I paused a couple days and went down to 5 min and 2 times a week max. I have to say I have a problem with chronic fatigue since probably 4 years, I also experienced severe fatigue days long before doing TRE. Been doing 5 min around 2 times a week for the last few weeks now, but during the last 2 sessions my fatigue got worse and I'm not sure if it's because I'm overdoing or if it's just another fatigue phase like I have them a couple of times in a year.

The thing is in general I feel like TRE is making me more relaxed. I noticed slightly less anxiety throughout the day especially in trigger situations like for example phone calls. I felt some emotions like grief coming up but very subtle, nothing overwhelming so far. Haven't cried yet. Sleep quality is ok too, not the best but also not very disturbed or anything. I even slept 7-8 hours straight after the last session.

I'm looking for experienced opinions on this. Shouldn't the anxiety etc. be worse when I'm overdoing? Could the fatigue be caused by something else or just another one of those phases I experience sometimes? I would highly appreciate some opinions on this. I don't want to take my pacing down even more if I'm not sure that TRE is actually causing the fatigue.

Small addition based on the wiki bots answer: The fatigue seems to be intermediate throughout integration time. It's not continuously getting better the longer I do not practice. For example today the fatigue is worse than yesterday even though last practice was 4 days ago.

Reactions from people due to SR

Been on retention for around 1.5 years now and active in this sub for a few months.

One thing I noticed is, that some strangers are uncommonly kind to me, while others, even people that know me from the past, seem to completely ignore me with an underlying feeling of hate towards me.

I was wondering if this is just coincidence or if it's actually because of SR. My interpretation is that positive/higher vibration people pick up on the energy SR gives you, while negative/low vibration people are intimidated by you and even hate you for it.

Anyone else with somewhat similar experiences?

Tongue plaque

Is this normal? Been like that for a couple of years. Recently started scraping and brushing, but it still looks like this. I'm worried I have some infection going on. Should I visit a doctor?

Edit: no smoking, alcohol, or anything else self explaining
