The focus of these exercises was to capture the flow, proportions, and to simplify/design the anatomy in a way that's still representational of the real thing. The last 2 are done from imagination.
Critique on any common issues in the drawings as well as any nitpicks are welcome.
When rotating a box while keeping the perspective, size, and distance the same, do the planes perpendicular to the axis of rotation keep the same area? I know, for instance, that a cylinder rotated in the same way looks the same from every angle, so do the two faces of the boxes also maintain their area when projected in linear perspective?
Layout for an illustration I'm working on. Are there any improvements to the composition I can make? Any other critiques about the drawing itself welcome.
For reference, there's a mirror behind the character on the left and they are shorter than the character on the right.
Haven't really drawn many witch hats (or any hats for that matter). I feel like it might be too high, though I'm not sure exactly where to place it.
For additional context, the character is meant to be 7 heads tall.
