Psyduck 226/217 uit Ascended Heroes – PSA of niet
Hoi allemaal,
Ik heb onlangs deze Psyduck (226/217) uit Ascended Heroes gepulled en overweeg om hem naar PSA te sturen voor grading.
Zelf vind ik dat de centering er goed uitziet en de hoeken scherp lijken, maar ik ben benieuwd naar de mening van verzamelaars met meer ervaring. Ik heb namelijk helemaal geen ervaring
Ik hoor graag wat jullie denken!

Pulled this Psyduck from Ascended Heroes — worth sending to PSA?
Hi everyone,
I recently pulled this Psyduck from the Ascended Heroes set and I’m wondering if it has any potential for PSA grading.
From what I can tell, the centering looks decent, but I’m still fairly new to evaluating cards for grading. I’d appreciate any opinions on the card’s condition, especially regarding centering, corners, edges, and surface quality.
Do you think this could realistically achieve a PSA 10, or is it more likely in the PSA 9 range?

WHOOP strain suddenly much lower on push days — firmware/algorithm change?
Hi everyone,
Normally during my push training days I get a WHOOP strain score around 13–14. Recently, without changing my workouts much, my strain suddenly dropped to around 8.6.
I’m using the bicep strap, and up until now it has always felt pretty accurate to me.
Has anyone else noticed lower strain scores recently? Did WHOOP change something in the firmware, strain algorithm, or heart rate tracking lately?
Would love to hear if others are experiencing the same thing.
