Hi I am an indian guy 26 years old really worrued about having als i have been having twitching for years in my calves my upper back my hips my arms and sometimes my face lips eyes and feet too now thats not just the only thing i have clubbed finger nails and i think my palm is mushier and denty on the left compared to the right hand also feeling the same that my leg is smaller calf on the left compared to right now the problem is that whenever i ride a bike my left hip and hamstring cramp up in a certain specific position whereas when i walk i get shooting pain in my left foot (i think it is all muscle loss) i can still walk workout talk etc but i just feel not as good as before

Also have low vit d, low vit b12 and two of my brain mri have shown periventricular white matter lesions

Please help me out as this is making me beyond depressed i cant function

Have been twitching a lot recently and was doing so a bit from 2021 after covid my vit D levels were severely low and b12 was on the lower normal clean emg results but mri brain showed periventricular hyperintensities 5 years back my lumbar spine showed some bulge and recently i can tell my left hand thenar is less bulky and more flat compared to my right one similarly my left calf seems smaller too when i walk sometimes one of my knees give up for a second but i dont fall also my left foot really hurts same for my left wrist when i try push ups i also feel when i lay on my right side my i can feel the bones around a lot more than when i lay on my left and feel the right side also the left side hurts after sitting a while

Currently I'm twitching in my left triceps

I sweat a lot get tired real fast and have twitching in my arms my thighs hamstrings forearms butt and back

I'm 25 M turning 26 next month have been having muscle twitching in my arms in my back shoulders etc i can see my left hand being thinner than my right hand can see atrophy in that hand and feel like there's atrophy in my shoulder too where i can touch a spot on the top of my shoulder and it pains to touch as if the muscle is going from there same for my hands they hurt when i use my phone and stuff and theres internal tremors jerks and twitching all over my arms forearms even in my back

same when i touch my left hip it feels bony compared to the right side and when i walk my left foot hurts as well recently ive been noticing twitching also in my feet my calves as well as my quads and hamstrings

I also have really bad fatigue where even after i have slept for hours i still feel tired and yawn a lot

I have diagnosed psoriasis a vit d3 defifiency (5.8) a vit b12 boderline a hba1c 5.1 and some mri findings show comfluent periventricular white matter demyelinating lesions my emg was normal with 0 polyphasic muaps and no spontaneous insertional activity although the left side had significantly less muap recruitment compared to the right side (im right dominant)

If i try to pincer grip a plate in my thumb and forefinger it shakes a bit and my forearm starts to cramp also when i am laying flat and i try to half get up just with my core i start shaking a bit

My typing is a little bad and i feel like i always rest my arms onto a table or something and when I'm using my phone from my left hand it feels like its difficult to reach every place on the phone

My hands shake at times as well and sometimes when i am just standing i feel like ill fall backwards but then i can balance myself i can still button my shirts i can still walk on toes walk on heels

I also have slightly clubbed nails on both my hands and not my toes
