For mtech what should I choose between these 2 my aim is only placement

Anyone from NIT Rourkela or anyone can suggest me priority list for these branches according to placement only .

Electronics system and instrumentation

Electronic and communication

Power electronics

Semi conductor technology

Rf and microwave

And power system

I am from electrical but I have no problem in studying ece related course for better placement

I need some help in reaching and process about getting accomodation in hostels anyone going or already reached pls comment.
