The final pre order cut offs for Dakota incident 3rd printing end today, get yourself a copy if you have not.

Titans #38 and Dakota Incident come back to comic stores with no covers on October 14th!

Titans #38: Chris Samnee
Dakota Incident: Edward Galmon

So last week there was stream Interviewing Cody Ziglar about his Static ongoing (Skip to 1:25:14 for the Static segment.) While there was some minor things talked about here are the important things to pull from the stream.

Details on what to expect from Static ongoing: "You know Static is someone who's been forced into Retirement basically with all the other Milestone characters and it's him sort of not only getting his foot back into the world and dusting the Cobwebs off, again relearning his Powers and learning how to control them and also learning how to be a Quasi-Public figure and also dealing with that Anger and Resentment that comes from being forced out of what his duty was, by Lex and the Government. Again, i am trying to tip-toe around what i can say and what i can't but i think there will be some Thematic stuff that is in all my Writings, you know Inclusive Diverse Cast from lot of different people, different body shapes, lot of different ways their body work and look. Villain's that probably serve as some reflection to what Virgil has gone through, like his family is gonna be very important. And Virgil is in college, what's it like trying to be Static and also being in College. All those things are going to be very important. It's very much a introduction of Virgil and Static not only to Readers and DC but also to the DC World at large."

Talks about mentorship from Black Lightning: "Possibly. You know, i think it's very possible. I can't confirm or deny but it could be very possible in a world where there are two Heroes that manipulate Electricity. I wouldn't bet against it." (My thoughts on this will be in the comments)

Establish DC characters he wants Static to team up with: "If they allow it, I'd love a Nightwing situation, I think he's really cool. I love John Stewart, like I love Black Lightning. I haven't read much of their stuff but I love just the character design of Marilyn Moonlight. I think that's one of the Coldest designs i have ever seen. So clean, it's just so good, Wally West and any of the Milestone characters"

Places to buy Titans #38

The part where Tate goes "The plans for Virgil are bigger and beyond this team title."

Got me thinking that there's more to come beyond than just a ongoing that was announced. This is all just me speculating though.
